Balance For Life is not just your normal therapeutic massage center. We are experienced in a wide variety of massage methods, including:

Swedish:

A full body massage that uses medium to firm stroking to increase circulation and relieve the stress of everyday life; includes manipulation of the neck, back, arms, hands and legs only. Hot moist towels are applied to back and neck areas.

1.5 hour $85

Deep Tissue:

Deep Tissue message is a customized service targeting your most problematic area(s) that cause discomfort, pain, stiffness or limited movement. Deep manipulation of the deeper muscle layers will lengthen and relax then.

2 hour $125

Chair Massage:

Targets mid to upper back only. Neck, shoulders, arms and hands. $1 per minute, minimum 15 minutes to 45 minutes maximum.
