Some indications for deep tissue massage are: low back pain, sciatic, TMJ, head, neck and shoulder pain, tension headaches, thoracic outlet syndrome and carpal tunnel. A full body SWEDISH (choreographed) massage uses superficial to firm stroking of the superficial muscle layers. This style of massage relieves stress by focusing on your central nervous system to encourage self healing and awareness. Massage improves blood & lymph circulation, posture, flexibility and may lower blood pressure. Hot moist steamed towels, hot stones, or cold therapy treatment is included with this service.

This is a great way to take a break or to experience massage for the first time. The chair may look strange and intimidating but don’t let that stop you from getting a very relaxing and therapeutic massage. Targets neck, back, shoulder and arms.

Firm manipulation of the underlying muscle tissues reduces contractures of the face. Better oxygenation improves the transport of nutrients and the removal of waste products. This service uses hot moist towels to prepare/relax the face. Hot steam not only relaxes the face but is a great way to hydrate and clean the deep dermal layer. Targets the head, neck, face and décolleté area. This toning massage has a facelift effect on the musculature of the face and neck. Service includes makeup cleaner, toner and deep moisturizer.

A relaxing spa facial customized for each skin type. Includes steam treatment, deep cleansing, light massage, moisturizer, and 15 minute facial masque removed with hot moist towels.
