Age requirements: Guests must be at least 18 years of age otherwise parental supervision is required.
Arrival & Check-In Procedure: We recommend that you arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment time. We ask that you set your cell phone and pagers to low or vibrate in consideration of our massage and spa guests.
Reservations: We encourage our guests to schedule their appointments in advance to ensure the best time slots. Walk-ins or same day appointments are based upon availability.
Cancellation Policy: We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. As a courtesy to our guests and therapists, please allow a 24-hour advance notice if you must cancel. While we do not charge for a "no show, no call," we can refuse you any future appointments.
