How to Find Us
Balance for Life is located off the eastbound Loop 410 Frontage Road heading from Broadway toward N. New Braunfels and Nacogdoches. Take a right on N. New Braunfels (at "Chesters Hamburgers") and then make another immediate right on Busby Drive. We are half a block down, at 535 Suite 1.
Policies
Age requirement:
Balance for Life is an all adult salon & massage center. If you are under 18 years of age, you must be accompanied by a parent, no exceptions!All of our massage therapists are licensed by the state of Texas. We have male and female therapists, all our therapists work on both men & women. If you have a preference, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you but we cannot guarantee it. We have the right to refuse service to anyone due to contraindications.
Arrival & Check in Procedure:
We recommend our guests arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time. We ask that you set your cell phones or pagers to low or vibrate in consideration of our massage and salon guests.
Reservations:
We always encourage our guests to book in advance for the best days and time slots. At this time, WALK INS may be accommodated based on availability.
Cancellations:
We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. As a courtesy to our guests and massage therapists, please allow a 12 hour advance notice if you must cancel. If you cancel on short notice then you must pay a $35 penalty fee. We may refuse you service if you have any outstanding cancellation fees.
Draping:
Balance for Life enforces draping for all our massage clients.
Payment:
For your convenience, we accept cash, local checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and debit cards.
